A few weekends ago, we headed out to a local park to go camping. We try to go camping at least once or twice each spring and fall. It's interesting because camping is supposed to be minimalistic and simple, but remembering to pack everything is anything but that! We brought along my sister, Amanda, which proved to be SO helpful, as she was able to keep Cayleigh company while Matt and I set up the campsite. Aside from the frigid temps at night, we had a really nice time. At our camp-everyone works :) These are mushrooms that Matt loves. We found them at our site and they were the only ones we found the entire weekend. I only gagged once when he ate them. Dinner! Kabobs, baked beans and veggies! The highlight of my weekend and the reason I agreed to sub-zero temps-peep smores! We went on a hike to the falls... Finally at the falls!
