My family of three

We went to the doctor's yesterday and "luckily" he thought Cayleigh only has a bad cold. I'm just glad it isn't an ear infection, as she had been pulling on her ears alot. He did say that it could still turn in to an ear infection and to keep an eye on it. I brought my mom to the doctor's with me so she could get a better understanding when I tell her how bad Cayleigh is at the doctor's. she said it is the worse than any of her 5 kids there. Cayleigh cries/screams when we walk in the room and doesn't stop until we are leaving. We stayed at my mom's house all day/evening and hung out, and Matt came there after work and an interesting but fun time was had by all, oh and Pam came too! We are headed back to my mom's for dinner and family time tonight! Cayleigh has so much fun there and is entertained by someone at every second, they love her so much!

I made Cayleigh a Doctor appointment for today. She is not worse, but not better either. We have a $0 copay for kids, so I figured, why not? I know if I don't take her, she will feel worse this weekend. She has a really runny, stuffy nose, a cough that is a little chesty, and she has been tugging at her ears. Meanwhile, I am feeling somewhat better, now I just need to get rid of this headache that has plagued me for 2 days straight... Munching on a snack in her jammies.... the first smile is the face I get when I tell her to smile, and the second is her actual smile! Silly girl!

I am feeling a little better today, I am only feeling the effects of the the head cold with an added bonus of a headache. Unfortunately, Cayleigh seems to have some down with the same cold I have, I am praying she doesn't get the GI part I had. We are just hanging out in our jammie's watching Blue's Clues and Yo gabba gabba, and while I feel a bit guilty letting her watch TV all day, there isn't really much else to do! We are both too tired to move! Last night, Cayleigh realizing she was a bit too big for her baby's stroller! Eating her waffle this morning, Sitting on our table ripping a napkin apart, and hiding after mommy told her not to stick her hand in the VCR....

I am miserably sick. I have a head cold and a GI virus I think, let's leave it at that. I had Matt take Cayleigh to my mom's and I am sitting home alone, feeling just miserable. I'll leave you with a pic of Cayleigh playing with her baby she loves so much....

Today I woke up feeling so crummy. I must have caught what Matt had and it has left me feeling just miserable. Pretty much a head cold with a bonus of an earache. I decided to make it a "stay in your jammies day" and we rarely do that. Matt had to get dressed to take recycling, but we stayed home. We pretty much did nothing today other than watch the superbowl. We brought her table into the living room and let her eat and watch her show, she was THRILLED!! Being silly at bathtime, her new thing is to run naked in her towel and for us to chase her! I should add that she hasn't used a pacifier since she was 7 months, but with her teething, she likes to bite on them occasionally and give them to her babies....
