This very well may jinx me...

but Cayleigh is officially potty trained!!! :) She hasn't had any accidents in well over a week and the accident she did have was due to a coughing fit from when she was sick. Overall, she has been pretty much trained for about a month, I've just been afraid to say something for fear I'd eat my words! She REALLY took to it and it hasn't been much of a big deal. I told someone the other day that if you really wanted a 'high'-don't do drugs, take a kid out shopping with panties on, now there's a rush! We've gone out shopping for hours and it's no problem. We are still putting her in pull ups at night, but they have been dry for months-mommy just doesn't want a mess! She is very much a kid that does thing on her terms, not others. Let's note back to Cayleigh at 7 months when she went to bed with a pacifier and woke up and refused one every time after. She nursed for 13 months and woke up one day and refused it, never looking back.

We are so proud of her, although it is yet another sign that she is growing up so fast.
