Cayleigh Noelle. We absolutely could not be more proud of you. You make our life complete. We count our blessings every day that we were given such an amazing gift. You make us laugh with your crazy dancing, beam with pride listening to you sing your heart out, and cry watching how fast you are growing up.

Ahh, where oh where did the time go? Let's take a trip down memory lane to 2010 post, and 2009 post...I am so thankful I have continued this blog and can look back on this journey we call life. Life is so fast paced it's nearly impossible to remember the little things and I am so glad that while this blog isn't perfect to all, it's prefect to me.

Day 2 of the snow....

Today we got a batch of ice which so nicely laid over our 2-3 inches of snow. Luckily, I was off and didn't have to call in! Matt went to work a couple hours late so I made a big breakfast with eggs, bacon, homefries, toast, and orange slices! We played and watched a good bit of TV, I'm not proud to say, but with Matt fighting a cold, and me with a headache again, I decided to make it a low key day and she was thrilled! After her morning nap and lunch, "we" decided to surprise daddy with some cookies. I let her watch me and she helped stir and lick the beater. Yes, there were raw eggs, and no, I don't think it will kill her. Our finished product! I might add this was my best batch of cookies EVER! Playing with her pics.... 10 is...

I decided to pop back into my blog and reminisce, and boy is it sad. All of my pictures are gone, thanks to a company wanting $400 to publish them. At least I have my words...On that note, I thought I'd write a bit of what 10 looks like: -Eating a bowl of cereal and a pop tart EVERY morning -Really starting to cooking unassisted. She made a 2 layer cake this week and thanks to a 2 hour delay I got pancakes. Teaching her to cook has been pretty cool.  -Begging me for a cup of coffee because she wants to be grown up. I let her have 1/2 a cup here and there-they say it stunts your growth. I say she is 5 foot 2 inches now so that's a lie. -Texting her friends and playing computer games with them as much as she is allowed. -Watching Hallmark movies day and night with me and Marvel movies with her dad. 8/21 and 8/22...

Two years ago today I was headed to the hospital ready to have my baby... At 1:02pm on August 22nd, we had our beautiful baby girl... It changed our lives forever. Cayleigh(aka-Kiwi, pee-wee, lovebug, etc) we love you so much and feel so blessed to have you as our little girl. Your sweetness and kindness is so beautiful, and your hugs and kisses mean more than you will ever know. Watching you grow and learn new things every day makes us so proud, and it remind us to slow down and look at life the way you see it.
